The project

A landmark

Lettieri Academy reaches out to all young people. To young people who are entering the world of work.
To young people who have no point of reference that can guide them. To all those young people who are afraid to fail, to put themselves out there and have a desire to take back their direction.

The Academy aims to help the next generation by creating the opportunity for them to realize and establish themselves in the future they deserve.

Mission

Our project aims to create a unique reality: a revolutionary training and updating institute through the application of NLP (neuro-linguistic programming) for all professionals revolving around the world of pizza and cooking.

Vision

We are guided by the vision of a culinary industry in which every professional is able to enhance their technical skills, and fortify self-awareness, effective communication and inspired leadership. We want to accompany a community of knowledgeable, creative, and successful chefs, pizza makers, and entrepreneurs who will convey passion and value in every step they take and inspire a new standard of excellence in world gastronomy.

Founder:
Riccardo Lettieri

Riccardo Lettieri is an Italian entrepreneur of Neapolitan descent. His journey began in China, where at only 18 years old he began working to be part of a rapidly developing country. Here he studies language and understands the importance of education in life. Therefore, today he founded his own academy.

The event facility

The entire facility in which Lettieri Academy is located is part of Vitamì: a venue dedicated to private events with a modern, manicured pool. This is because through Vitamì we will be able to support the Academy, which every year makes half of the available places in its “Vocational Pathways” available to children with problematic and/or low-income situations. Because Lettieri Academy is a nonprofit and wants to be a safe haven for everyone, especially those who need it most.
