To those who want to learn a profession and become entrepreneurs.
A course for setting goals, rediscovering oneself and getting back into the game.
A professionalizing course including classes in Marketing, Accounting, Business Management, Language, NLP and internship experience in Italy and/or abroad.
Students will start with 3 months of classroom instruction, where they can learn the basics of cooking and how to run a restaurant.
Students will be divided into two competing groups. Fellows will have to manage the two venues independently – pizza making, purchasing, food costing, accounting, service, etc. – putting into practice the teachings of the previous months.
Students will be selected to participate in an internship in a company or restaurant in Italy or abroad.
Students will be prepared for the final phase of the course, with a focus on project work.
Every milestone should be celebrated! We will do this with a certification ceremony and presentation of the project work.
Upon certification we will guarantee each student a job offer, thanks to the vast network of companies and realities that support the project!
The Lettieri Academy wants to create a network that connects job supply and demand.
Those who choose this course will be entitled to access to the Pizza Network platform: an app that connects supply and demand for jobs in the restaurant industry.
